ANNOUNCING: Camp HEARTplay February Vacation
Wednesday, Feb. 18 9:30am-1pm in Newton, MA
A one day family grief camp program for children and teens and their families grieving the death of an important person or people within the campers lifetime. The camp day will include: opportunities to honor the person who has died, to learn about the grieving process, to connect with peers who have experienced a similar loss, and to have fun!

About Camp HEARTplay
These “mini-camp” sessions are typically one-day and are offered a few times a year during school breaks. CAMP HEARTplay is open to both current and new participants. Facilitated by experienced HEARTplay team members and trained, caring volunteers, Camp HEARTplay combines the therapeutic benefit of bereavement groups with the fun of a camp experience. Participants are invited to connect with peers who have also experienced a loss; honor their person; learn about the grieving process; and participate in fun activities in a safe and supportive environment. Dates, times, locations and age range will vary by individual Camp HEARTplay program. As with all HEARTplay programs, Camp HEARTplay is offered at no cost to all participants.
